Check Your Registration Before You Vote

Texas voters are encouraged to check their voter registration status after a state system issue delayed tens of thousands of registration applications and updates submitted through the Texas Department of Public Safety. The issue has been resolved, but some records may still be processing. Verify that your name, address, and registration status are correct before the voter registration deadline on October 5.

Candidate Forums

Each election year, we host nonpartisan candidate forums featuring races across Texas and Potter and Randall counties. All candidates are invited to participate and answer questions relevant to the office they are seeking.

Voter Registration

We deploy Volunteer Deputy Voter Registrars (VDVRs) throughout the Amarillo area to help make voter registration accessible. Request a VDVR for your next event and help your attendees get registered to vote.
