Lone Star Deep Dive Podcast

Presented by the Amarillo League of Women Voters

A podcast about the intersection of passion, personality, and public policy.

In the face of loss, it's often times hard to know where to turn for help. In Episode 29, tune in as Tonya talks with Sheri Friemel about grief and what resources our community has available to cope with the overwhelming feelings associated with losing a loved one. Their conversation goes deep in this episode as they share about their personal loss of adult children and how they have been forever changed from it. Furthermore, Sheri also opens up about her work as the City of Amarillo's Program Manager for Amarillo LOSS (Local Outreach to Suicide Survivors).
